Following the completion of my PhD in nutritional epidemiology, which examined the relationships between biomarkers of early-life exposure to fatty acids and child health and development in the EDEN and Elfe birth cohorts, I am currently pursuing a postdoctoral position that continues this line of research on early-life exposure to fatty acids and the risk of dyslexia and other “Dys” disorders as part of the ODYCE project.
