Our teams: METHODS

I have been visiting regularly CRESS for both research and sabbaticals stays since 2016. I also teach every year the course of “Network Meta-Analysis” in the master program of comparative effectiveness research.

I am based in the Department of Primary Education in the University of Ioannina in Greece and my research interests lie in the area of evidence synthesis, focusing mainly in network meta-analysis. I lead the Evidence Synthesis Methods group in the University of Ioannina and I am co-editor-in-chief of the journal Research Synthesis Methods.

I am very enthusiastic to visit CRESS once again (this is why I insist on returning back again and again) and looking forward to gain much from my presence here and contribute in return to the best of my abilities.

Research interests

  • Network meta-analysis methodology (ranking, testing consistency, missing data, multicomponent interventions)
  • Synthesis of randomized and non-randomized evidence
  • Population adjustment methods
