Our teams: METHODS

Occupying a position as a hospital practitioner in the Pulmonology Department of the Saint-Louis Hospital, most of my activity is devoted to Langerhans cell histiocytosis (national reference center for Histiocytosis).

In addition to my clinical expertise, I am engaged in clinical research in this rare disease. My research project aims to better phenotype patients with pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis. My thesis focuses on the identification of trajectories of evolution of pulmonary function in Langerhans cell histiocytosis, based on joint latent classes mixed models, and the factors associated with these trajectories (in particular biomarkers), and on the other hand on different methods of analysis of chest CT scans (artificial intelligence) to determine their prognostic value.
