I hold a PhD in Law. My dissertation — awarded the Thesis Prize by the French Association of Health Law (Association Française de Droit de la Santé, AFDS) and published by éditions LEH — focused on medical and public health expertise in health-related decision-making processes, whether amicable, judicial, or public. I then carried out postdoctoral research at the Institut Droit et Santé (Université Paris Cité) on complaint-handling mechanisms in healthcare institutions, in French and Quebec comparative law, in partnership with the Health Law and Policy Chair at the University of Montreal, where I was also an associate researcher, before going on to practise as a lawyer in the field of personal injury compensation.
I am currently a Scientific Project Manager at CRESS, an associate researcher at the Institut Droit et Santé, and a lecturer and trainer in law
