Our teams: METHODS

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the METHODS team in CRESS UMR 1153, Inserm, where I work within the project “Méthodes topologiques pour le développement de règles de traitement optimales et l’étude de leur robustesse” directed by Francois Petit. Basically, my work consists in taking geometric information data into account when implementing patient profile identification methods. In particular, I study pulmonary manifestations of Langerhans cell histiocytosis. For this, I am researching and developing new Topological Data Analysis techniques that are founded in Sheaf Theory.
