Our teams: OPPaLE
I am a bioinformatics biostatistician engineer in the OPPaLE team, axis 5, at CRESS, working at the intersection of genomics and public health. I contribute to a genetic epidemiology project on pediatric leukemia within an international consortium. I analyze high-throughput genomic data to infer genotypes and explore genetic diversity across populations. I also apply advanced statistical methods to extract meaningful insights from complex genomic data.
