After a MSc in human nutrition at AgroParisTech, I decided to pursue with  PhD in nutritional epidemiology to understand the link between nutrition and health and thereby contribute to improve population health.

I first investigated the links between nutrition and cancer risk and I have a broader interest for the links between nutrition and the risk of chronic diseases and the mechanisms underlying these associations.

This led to the research I am developing today focusing on the links between nutrition, gut microbiota and health and as such I notably coordinate the “gut microbiota” part of the NutriNet-Santé cohort.

I also contribute to other research led at EREN, for instance on Nutri-Score, processed foods and additives or COVID-19.
