My subject’s thesis is to study food additives mixtures and their impact on chronic disease with the EREN research team. The aim is to identify the most consumed food additives patterns among the Nutrinet-Santé webcohort and to assess their impact on several chronic disease such as cancer risks, (overall, breast, prostate, colorectal) as well as cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
