I am currently a 3rd year PhD student at EREN affiliated to CRESS. My thesis is entitled "Transitions in progress: evaluation, characterisation and impact in terms of sustainability", funded by ADEME and INRAe. Thanks to the BioNutriNet-Santé study of the NutriNet-Santé cohort, I am using repeated data to assess the distance covered in 4 years and to be covered to reach sustainable diets. Thus, my thesis answers several research questions: Who are the most sustainability conscious people? Who has already changed the way they consume and how far they have come so far? And how far do we still have to go?
