- I’m a Research Director at INRAE and began my career in the nutritional epidemiology of cancer and then developed methods for considering nutrition in a holistic approach
- Now my work is based on a transdisciplinary approach to studying the interrelationships between production, consumption, environment, and health - I have coordinated the ANR-ALID BioNutriNet project about organic food consumption, health, and environmental aspects, providing a large database to conduct studies on sustainable diets - I now coordinate the ANR-TRANSFood project focusing on sustainable dietary transitions - I’m an expert in nutrition at the ANSES (French Food Safety Agency) |
