I am a PhD candidate in public health in the Nutritional Epidemiology Research Team, member of the CRESS. My thesis topic regards the update of the algorithm underlying the front-of labelling Nutri-Score and its validation. I am also interested in the evaluation of other nutrition-related policies, such as the taxation of sweetened beverages or alcoholic beverages. Besides, I am also an active member of the Research Ethics Committee of the Sorbonne Paris Nord University.
