After obtaining an engineering degree, I decided to pursue in academic research in epidemiology and public health. I am currently a PhD student in the Nutritional Epidemiology Research Team (EREN), one of the CRESS teams (2020-2023). My thesis focuses on the study of levers and barriers related to the rebalancing of consumption between animal-based and plant-based products, with a multidisciplinary approach (epidemiology, nutrition, social marketing). It is directed by Dr Benjamin Allès and Pr Sandrine Péneau. |
