I am an AgroParisTech engineer and in 2021 I achieved a Master degree in public health research at Paris-Saclay University.
Since October 2021, I am been working on my thesis in epidemiology supervised by Raphaëlle Varraso (Integrative respiratory epidemiology team, CESP), Blandine de Lauzon-Guillain and Annabelle Bedard (Integrative respiratory epidemiology team, CESP) in the integrative respiratory epidemiology team, CESP (https://cesp.inserm.fr/). The general objective is to better understand the association between maternal diet during pregnancy and the development of respiratory and allergic diseases in children in two French birth cohorts: EDEN (https://eden.vjf.inserm.fr/) and ELFE (https://www.elfe-france.fr/). My thesis is divided into three specific objectives: - The first objective focuses on healthy diet during pregnancy - The second objective examines specific mechanistic hypotheses (anti-inflammatory or antioxidant-rich diet) - The third objective is focused on specific issues related to the evolution of dietary habits (plant-based diet, consumption of processed foods, and the Western diet) |
Research interests
- Maternal diet, nutrition
- Allergies and asthma in children
