I am a PHD student in the team EAROH-CRESS. My thesis is about the associations between perinatal exposure to food chemicals and allergies or respiratory outcomes in children in two French birth cohorts: Eden and Elfe. In my studies, I examine associations with more than 200 food chemicals that are considered separately but also in mixtures, to explore the impact of multiple exposures. I am also exploring the association between perinatal consumption of organic food and allergic outcomes in childhood in the Elfe cohort.
