Our teams: EPOPé

I am a professor of Public Health at University Paris Cité and a perinatal epidemiologist. I am the director of the Obstetrical, Perinatal and Pediatric Epidemiology Team (EPOPé), of the Epidemiology and Statistics Research Center (CRESS). I coordinate research on long-term consequences of very (<32 weeks of gestational age) and moderately (32-34 weeks) preterm births and their perinatal determinants (PI of the EPIPAGE 2 national cohort study and co-PI, with Marie-Aline Charles (Inserm Research Director), of the RECONAI platform). I also lead with Catherine Deneux (Inserm Research Director) a population-based cohort conducted in 6 French regions cohort study, the COROPREG study, on the impact of maternal SARS-CoV-2 infection on the child beyond the perinatal period (6,100 women with SARS-CoV-2 infection during pregnancy).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

  • Management of extreme prematurity
  • Child consequences of in utero exposure to maternal SARS-CoV-2 infection
