Our teams: EPOPé
I’m interesting in several perinatal major events affecting fetal and neonatal health. The first one if fetal growth restriction and the objectives of my research are the improvement of its definition by using fetal growth charts suitable for the French population, and the performance of its antenatal detection in the general population. I’m also involved in stillbirth monitoring in France and the analysis of fetal death circumstances. Finally, I’m the co-investigator of a French population-based cohort of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, followed at age 4. These events are studied using various epidemiological methods, the next step consisting in defining and validating these indicators in national health care administrative database.
