Passionate about physical activity, its measurement and effect on health, I completed a Master on Physical Activity and Health in 2021 after which I joined the Epidemiology of Physical Activity and Fitness Across the Lifespan (EPAFit) Research Group at the University of Seville in Spain. I joined the EpiAgeing team from the CRESS in 2023 as a PhD student to work on the Importance of the activity intensity distribution for health across the lifespan. This project is part of the Learning Network for Advanced Behavioural Data Analysis (https://labda-project.eu/), funding by the European Commission Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) doctoral network scheme. I am working with Dr Séverine Sabia from the EpiAgeing team, as well as with Dr Aadland from the Department of Sport, Food and Natural Sciences, at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (https://www.hvl.no/en/employee/?user=Eivind.Aadland). The project will be conducted in collaboration with Dr Bjorge Herman Hansen from the University of Agder in Norway (https://www.uia.no/en/research/helse-og-idrettsvitenskap/pahls-physical-activity-and-health-across-the-lifespan) and Dr Nicolas Berger from Sciensano in Belgium (https://www.sciensano.be/en/people/nicolas-berger).
