Module on Introduction to Longitudinal Data Modelling : use of mixed models and Generalized estimating equation (GEE) ; Public health and epidemiology summer school of Bicêtre, University Paris-Saclay

In longitudinal studies where a biological or clinical response is measured for different individuals at successive time frames, the correlation between these different measures must be taken into account in the statistical analysis. This module presents, in a practical and applied way, the most used statistical methods and models (mixed models and GEE) to model the evolution of the response over time and to take into account the correlation between the measures.
