I am Professor of Neurology at the University of Paris Cité, at the Centre for Cognitive Neurology at Lariboisière - Fernand Widal Hospital. My research areas are: epidemiology of cognitive disorders in the general population, biological biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease, the impact of APOE4 on cognition, clinical trials in the field of Alzheimer's disease, and the development of digital tools to assess cognitive impairment. I set up the CHOLINE-2 study, aimed at evaluating the impact of donepezil on the initial management of Alzheimer's patients with positive biomarkers, and developed the MemScreen application on smartphones, aimed at assessing primary care patients with cognitive complaints.
