Graduated with two master degrees, one in microbiology and one in epidemiology, I did my PhD in epidemiology at the Center for Research in Epidemiology and StatisticS (CRESS, Université Paris Cité, Inserm). My research focuses on the relations between the gut microbiota and the child health. Particularly, leveraging data from the two French nationwide birth cohort: EPIPAGE 2 and ELFE, I study the early life determinants of the gut microbiota development and its impact on the corpulence of the child during early childhood.
