Dr Jacqueline Clavel & Stéphanie Goujon participate in the PEDIAC Pediatric Cancer Symposium on May 29-30-31:
Dr Jacqueline Clavel as Chair of the first session on pediatric cancer risk factors,
and Stéphanie Goujon‘s presentation at this session on environmental risk factors for pediatric cancers and some results from the GEOCAP program.
The aim of the symposium is to bring together the pediatric cancer community to discuss advances in our understanding of the origins and causes of cancer development, and associated therapeutic perspectives. The symposium will address several areas of cancer research, including epidemiological and genetic risk factors, the role of development in tumor initiation, modeling the complex biology of tumor development, and new therapeutic strategies.
