I'm an IS technician in the SMART team.
My work involves :

  • Initial hardware installation.
  • Installation and configuration of systems
  • Configuring email clients (Thunderbird, Outlook)
  • Installing software (antivirus, browsers, office suite, Adobe, media, etc.)
  • Maintenance of computer workstations and monitoring of updates
  • Writing tutorials to help computer users
  • Requesting quotes from service providers
  • Requesting service tickets from the IT Department
  • Installation and configuration of Linux virtual machine (virtualbox) with Phiri App data analysis software
