Team CRESS: METHODS
As part of the ELPENOR project (Ethanol consumption Level and behavioral Parameters Estimated during Negative Or positive Reinforcement learning) funded by IReSP, the researcher will participate in the analysis and valorization of innovative data collected from 9000 participants of the CONSTANCES cohort concerning the links between several behavioral parameters (self-continuity, information avoidance, risk-taking propensity, representation of the impact of health behaviors) and alcohol consumption in the general population.
Missions – list of activities:
- Build the ad hoc database using data from CONSTANCES and the ANR-funded BeHealth ancillary project.
- Update the literature review on the topic
- Participate in establishing the analysis plan
- Carry out statistical analyses
- Write 2 scientific articles as 1st author
- Participate in the valorization of results through communications at national and international conferences.
Profile required:
- PhD in public health / epidemiology
- Mastery of statistical software suitable for epidemiological research
Supervision: All activities will be supervised by Pr Cédric LEMOGNE (METHODS). Activities 1 and 4 will benefit from operational support from the CONSTANCES team of the UMS 011 unit.
Type of recruitment: Fixed-term contract
Duration of employment: 8 months
Starting date: From January 1, 2024
Activity location: UMS 011 (Hôpital Paul Brousse, Villejuif) and METHODS (Hôtel-Dieu, Paris)
Condition of employment: Equivalent to 38.5 hours per week. 32 + 13 days of annual leave. Partial reimbursement of travel expenses (up to 75%).
Salary: Gross monthly salary of €2997.20
