CRESS supports the Stand Up For Science movement
Like its institutional partners, CRESS is concerned about the fate of science and scientists in the United States, where academic freedom is currently being put to the test.
The measures that are worrying and threatening American universities and their staff, researchers and teacher-researchers, show that the defence of academic freedom is vital, necessary and essential. This is why CRESS fully supports the Stand Up For Science movement and stands in solidarity with all scientists working in the United States.
CRESS wishes to reiterate the importance of science and progress in today’s world, where we are faced with numerous social challenges and crises.
