7 minutes to present my research work in English
The CRESS Doctoral Students’ Day was held on May 22, 2018 at the Canadian Students’ House of the Cité Universitaire de Paris. This 3rd edition was open to doctoral students from the 9 teams that will constitute the Centre from 1st January 2019.
This very enriching day allowed everyone to discover in detail the research work of other students, their various subjects and different research methods, under the watchful eyes of our researchers (Aida Bafeta, Jonathan Bernard, Sebastien Czernichow, Joseph Emmerich, Leopold Fezeu, Denis Hemon, Babak Koshnood, Chantal Julia, Sandrine Peneau, Thi Tran-Viet) who provided them with useful inputs and valuable suggestions for their research projects.
We would like to thank the Canadian Students’ House for their very warm welcome, our PhD students, researchers and administrative staff who all contributed to the success of this day.
New initiatives are planned for our 50 PhD students in the first semester of the 2018-2019 Academic year, such as speed-dating-discussions between researchers and first-year students as well as seminars open to everybody.
